Who can I help?

Everyone is welcome. We are all living beings who need support sometimes.

Currently my counselling therapy is focused on adults, so you will need to be over 18.

I work with individuals, one-to-one, online using Zoom (I will send you a link, you don’t need to have an account yourself).

I will be opening my face-to-face therapy practice in Bath soon, so if you are interested in this, do let me know. I will always continue to offer online, as well as face-to-face.

I am fully insured, and DBS checked.

Areas I specialise in and can help with:

  • Abuse
  • Addiction
  • Anger
  • Anxiety
  • Change
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Grief and loss (in all forms, not only from death, but of course includes it)
  • Self-care
  • Stress
  • Trauma
  • Relationships

Complimentary introductory session

I offer a free 30-minute introductory session, so you can get a sense of what a session with me will be like, and to ensure it’s the best fit for you.

This gives us an opportunity to introduce ourselves (online via Zoom) and for you to talk about your reasons for seeking counselling. We can also begin thinking about outcomes of counselling that you’d like, and you can ask any questions you may have.

If you’d like to continue, we will discuss and arrange regular sessions. Cost for these will be £42 per 50-minute session, and you can ‘pay as you go’ or book a block of sessions. I offer a concessions rate of £37.
